Here are the steps to sync Apple Health data with the app:

1. Go to "Me" - "Settings" - "Permissions", tap on "not connected", allow AI Gym access to all your health data, then tap "allow" in the top right corner;
2. If the above step does not work, open Apple Health and go to your profile, tap on "Apps" - "AI Gym", and switch all categories on;
3. After completing the authorization process, your Active Energy and Cycling Distance data will be synced to Apple Health.
